Replacing is Better than Killing

The biggest problem faced by humanity in this modern world is the problem of Worrying.
I personally believe most of us are all programmed to fear and worry, Beginning from childhood where parents and teachers try to teach student by fear and not by love in most of the time,
We can note from the biography of Abdul Kalam that his parents always preached love and he had upbringing with people of positive mind, We can see the result of all that, He was programmed for greatness, and today we all love him and dearly miss him.

So the key lies in overcoming worry and fears by replacing their source with a source of positivity and happiness, Question arises, How ? Or what approach is required for that?
Let me illustrate this with an example, Lot of people are fed up with their company, They don't like the people they go out with, And they fear refusing their colleagues, The solution to this problem is to sit down and analyze all your companions, and deciding which are the ones that are having positive impact on you, and the one you want to avoid, Once you are done with it, Just get away from the negative ones, You don't have to be blunt, and tell them that you don't like their company, You can do it with a simpler and more cordial manner, Also remember to have compassion for everyone, Hence recognizing the fact that the person you think is wrong, probably himself is facing lot of challenges in life, and the fact that no one becomes or likes to be a sadist in this world.

So If one can work on each situation this way by simply following the principle of replacing and not killing, you can make your path easier and better, As you don't have to worry about eliminating something from life, you just need to find something that you can replace it with,
Similarly if you have a bad habit of wasting time of TV watching useless shows, You could look to watch some good youtube Channel where you can gain some good info,
If you think your mind wanders too much and fear keeps coming to you, You can just listen to some good motivational songs and reaffirm positive thoughts, Hence replacing negative with positive.

To Sum it up, Don't try to kill something from your life, As that's not a great way to overcome negatives in life. Instead look to replace them with something beneficial and positive,
Make progress everyday, and soon you will have no time for Worries and fear, No time to watch fruitless TV serials, You will end up living a life where you would get benefits for things that you enjoy.

Choices Make Your Life!

We get 24 hours in a day, Thats a lot of time, It could be a great time, or a big torture or a mix of both, The question arises, What decides how our time goes?

Its just the choices that we make, Whether you chose to get up early and get some physical exercise, giving you a fit mind and serene mind or you chose to wake up late to scoldings from your parent, with no idea of where you are going in life, Choice whether you read a post on Facebook that explains how a footballer has made a new Girlfriend or you chose to read Dale Carnegie in order to improve your communication skills, which can give you confidence and lot of success in public life.

Problem today with most of us is that we are wasting our time in things that hurt us and just ignoring the great tools that are available for us to develop a great life, In other words we are just making really bad choices, Most of us choose to watch some random show on TV just because its more advertised and easily accessible, but very few would know that Oxford University has a YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/OxfordUnion) where it publishes its debates, which have some of the great speakers namely Imran Khan, Shashi Tharoor, Piers Morgan. When I first listened to few of these debates I was just mesmerized by the content and the way they spoke, I believe if anyone of us can just watch these videos and observe the wonderful oratory skills that are being demonstrated we can go really ahead in life, leading to great success, Its not just this, there are various YouTube Channels that have great content, like one by BBC News, or by The Economist, and everything is free.
There are so many interesting documentaries, http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/ is a great website for them,
Even on Facebook instead of liking some random entertainment page, one can follow groups where great sensible discussions are carried out, One should sit, analyse and make the right choices.

One very important thing is that we learn the best, We learn from what majority has benefited, as if something has worked on Majority, chances of it working in our life is great,
One such book is How To Win Friends And Influence People by Dale Carnegie,
Every chapter of the book is a great wisdom, I have tried them myself, and results are too good.
I would highly recommend this book, Its the smartest choice one can make,
We all today are struggling with getting people to understand and like us, This book is the magical solution for that to happen.

There are many other choices that one can make, which will decide how his 24 hours are spent, Its the momentum that you need to build from starting of the day till the end, And it all depends on what choices you make, Whether you wake up early or not, Whether you read good self help books or some random Entertainment website for gossips, Whether you watch one of the great classic movies or just some random movie in theatre near by.
Whether you play game on your phone or you go outside to play.
Its all the choices that you make, The more you read from books the better choices you will make.
Yes it does require some perseverance but then nothing comes for free you know :)

Intention Of This Blog

People have always told me," This is very hard" and other negative things,
But from my personal experience I can confidently say everything is quite enjoyable and fun,
If you do it with right strategy and correct intentions.

People told me studies become harder as you grow up,I believe that's totally non-sense,
as I have always believed and felt that with our growth,we become more mature and more self sustainable,
The experience that we get with each year of our study, can easily help us to make next year more and more easy
Now here comes an important point that I would like to elaborate,I call it the magic of analysis,
Its simple, when you study something, try to find the easiest and the most interesting way to learn it,
Analysis your result,I am sure you will come successful, after that make a note of that method, and just repeat it
Don't give a damn what world says, till your analysis tells you that you are acquiring knowledge and you are enjoying it,stick to your plan, don't worry about conventions

From my experience I should tell you all using videos is a great way to learn, and the best resource is Youtube, here is an example http://goo.gl/DSplgL
the link above explains the causes of flood, with an amazing animation,Its run-time is less than 90 seconds,
True, that it doesn't explain everything, but gives a very good beginning and a good overview in such a short time.

So I would like to share lot more such experiences that I have learnt now,and have felt that If I had known them before,I would have done a lot better in life,
Never the less I want others to have a better life, and realize that "YOU WONT  LOSE"
if you do it right.

More to follow.................. :)
